Excellent work and outstanding customer service.I was initially hesitant to take my car to Exan, but I did recommended by a friend and I couldn't be happier. Their work on the car was just flawless leaving it with a factory brand new finish. Spotless.Customer service is also top of the line. Their attention and willingness to help as well as go above and beyond to satisfy customer needs is the most professional and attentive I've seen. I deal with Syed who was in touch with me all the time and made sure I was aware of the progress of the repair as well as helping me out in any way he could.I hope I don't have to come back but if I do, it's a no brainier.Thanks so much guys!
Our van was initially taken in to Exan Coachworks where we were greeted by a member of staff .The customer services which was provided by him was excellent. He was highly knowledgeable, very patient and attentive to our needs and went beyond his abilities to ensure we received the best care possible. Sent my Golf into Exan to have some accident repair work done after being rear ended on the motorway. The quality of the repair and paint match was flawless. In the past have had numerous issues with body repairs not matching panel fit and sending cars back with visible colour match differences. The work here and customer service / communication with these guys is 5 star. If you care about your VW/Audi get these guys to do the work!
Excellent customer service and attention. They went out of their way to help. Very impressed with the workmanship and they have to adhere to very high standards - they are VW factory approved. The workshop is spotless, and I found them extremely communicative and always at the end of the phone to help.
