Edel Latham happily recommended implants stating the patient couldn't have dentures due to involuntarily mouth movement. Implants cost 2,500 EACH. Sarah, the not so knowledgeable receptionist passed messages back and forth instead of just giving the phone to Edel whom refused to write a referral letter to a NHS dental hospital to see see if they could provide implants for lower back teeth to chew food. Sarah, after having discussed all issues on the phone said the patient would need to write a letter stating her medical file could be discussed..... laughable. Where are the honest NHS dentist hiding?? Disgusting how money hungry these vultures are.
I got great service from dr Hina, i really appreciated her help, she was also very professional, I will def come back to her if i need to do my teeth, thanks Hina one more time!
