Lovely interiors at an affordable price.
Overpriced tat, sold to guileless folk with more money than sense...is the only conclusion I can draw from my experience of G&G. Having been given a voucher as a leaving present I ordered a few bits online. A frustrating experience, as the bulk of stock are recognisable as cheap imports marked up at a staggering rate - i.e. a gold cocktail shaker, retailing everywhere else online at 28... a real casual 45 on G&G.I waited SIXTEEN DAYS to receive my order (6 delivery?!!). It should have taken 3 to 5 days. During this time I was repeatedly fobbed off and told it would be dispatched that day. Such a boring waste of everyone's time. When the order arrived, the quality of some items was shockingly poor, and in one case an item described as ceramic turned out to be cheap and nasty resin!? How can you get the base material so wrong?? Just don't waste your money guys...
My favourite shop in Primrose Hill. Stunning interiors and home curious, and great for gifts all year round. Staff are lovely, too.
