This artwork is not by Banksy. The stencil work is not precise enough. It was actually done by another local Camden artist, possibly Pegasus. There actually was a Banksy piece on the canalside wall of the same building ("I don't believe in global warming"), but it has since been painted over.
Ankle-high, 'street-art' attributed to the acclaimed and elusive(?) "Banksy." Directly opposite street level entrance to 'The Pirate's Castle' clubhouse, above the canal towpath bridge. Might bring a smile to your dial - worked for me.
