In general, they were nice people and pleasant to deal with. However, they lack professionalism and expertise. They made many mistakes when preparing the contract, scanned the wrong documents and the process took longer. It wasnt really a problem, just bothersome. However, my biggest problem with them was their false advertisement. Im currently renting a flat in Camden, through them. The first thing said to me when I visited the flat was how warm it gets in the winter and that this was its best quality. I was really keen on finding a warm apartment. Turns out, it was extremely badly insulated, the heating is poor and the windows are so old they increase heat loss. Im having to wear 3 sweaters and 2 blankets in October. Its so ridiculous I cant even believe the lack of research. Im truly disgusted and wont ever turn to them for help again.
