This establishment is literally the best. I had such a great time there. The team were all amazing from the time I arrived to when I left. I had 3 three wonderful beauty therapist who were all outstanding. Plus the food was yummy too.
I was really excited to go here with my sister as we heard lots of good things about it so we booked one of their signature massages. However, when I asked for more information about them on arrival, Isaac wasnt very helpful in describing them and just asked if Im here to relax then he will let me smell the relaxing oils that he will use. The pressure of the massage was very heavy and painful at times, even though I asked him to reduce the pressure (he did not). The atmosphere wasnt very relaxing at all - no music or candles and you could hear people walking past the room (not to mention the cramped space and sticky floor!). Sadly, I have given this 1 more star than it deserves because of the free tea/coffee we received.
I had a wonder salad and a cup of coffee. I had been walking for many hours and this was a moment of rest and calm. The staff welcomed me with a smile
I've had many a pedicure but the Cowshed Ultimate pedicure is by far and miles the best yet. Definitely recommend for giving your feet a gorgeous start to the summer and a general treat. My therapist was Venice - she was spot on. All that a therapist should be and generally lovely natured. Thank you for a lovely afternoon!
The therapist I had (Alexandra) was lovely and gave me a wonderful signature facial. It was incredibly relaxing, and I left with my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The products used all smelt incredible and before we started the session Alexandra ensured to address my skin needs. She asked me from the get go if there were any products I was looking for, and I told her I was only looking for an exfoliator and happy with the other products I used. She absolutely did not attempt a hard sale and therefore all advice felt genuine...didnt buy anything in the end because facial is quite pricey (80) already but again didnt feel pushed by any means. Would highly recommend it!
