Went last week-end, it was pretty cool. Decent choice of beers, affordable prices, polite bouncers and nice music. I didn't go upstairs so I don't know the concert venue. Bathrooms weren't my favourite part tho - but we didn't come for the bathrooms, not a big deal.
Great venue and pub. Drinks and cider are amazing! Venue upstairs is really good. Only negative thing I have to say is the toilets are disgusting. I dont really mind being a bloke but didn't like my fiance to use them. Yeah gives me chills thinking about thoughts toilets
Great rock bar. Reminds me of Camden when I first moved to London 15 years ago. Good selection of beers and good music. Although, the toilet situation also reminds me those days too... dia. The sound upstairs can be hit and miss and the layout generally means you don't get to see the bands (if it's busy).
Cool place to go for a drink because it isn't extremely full. Maybe it's because it's down a side alley so not many people will see it while passing by.There's also a room upstairs for music performances. I was like and arrived on a night where the concert was free entry.
Good and unique beer selection. Pizza was very tasty, good crust and sauce, high quality toppings. Was asked to tell the internet if we ended up enjoying the food, so here I am. Music was a bit loud so I'll take one star off for the venue overall, but that just comes down to personal preference. It definitely positions itself as a bar that has loud music playing, so that was pretty much expected.
