Great customer service here, happy to let me try out various pieces of equipment as well as show me their modular set up that they use to test new modules. They did have to get the item from the back but didn't take any time at all. I've ordered online from them before so was already a happy customer before this visit, but didn't see anything to change my mind. Would visit again.
They can't be arsed to do business. Tried to get there in person on a Saturday at 5:20pm (Google map says they close at 6pm). Intention was to compare 2 products, ask some questions and buy. Got there, no one answered the door. Called the number. Someone picked up and said they close in 5 minutes (apparently the hours stated here are wrong) and there's no point for us to come in. Completely understand the guy might have a date right after work and couldn't wait to close up. He sounded he gave zero eff and completely unapologetic. Great attitude man.
