Absolutely love the Moomin shop in Camden. Firstly a much needed upbeat contribution to the area but besides that, the shop is amazingly comprehensive of the Moomin range available with the best merchandise selection I have seen comparing with Moomin stores in other countries, To find more, you literally have to visit Moomin Land. There is something for everyone in all price categories. Focus is on quality of product, not flogging stuff to the cheapest price. This way the Moomin legend is living in the spirit of Tove Jansson the creator, artist and author of the characters and the many stories. Just love the care, the store has put forward, to bring as much as possible to the table. Get a book to start with and a Moomin and indulge in their charming philosophical adventures.
If you like your Moomins, then the Camden Town Moomins Shop is your the place to be! Sitting right in the middle of the Camden Market, it is a small, but cozy shop full of Moomins goods and more! Having just come back from a holiday in Finland, this place was exactly where I needed to go.The shop stocks Moomin goods both old and new, as well as the giant plush centrepiece right as you walk in through the door. The walls are stocked with shelves full of Moomins and other small Finnish goods. Prices were also honest, allowing me to leave with a nice collection of items to take home.I will be back again, as this place has plenty of gift ideas for the future.
